Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage seems to be forever grateful for his dog sitter for taking care of his buddy Kevin, which she must have done on multiple occasions in the past, too!
He won ‘best supporting actor’ nomination at the 2011 Emmy Awards and he took the time to mention pet nanny Kitty, who was watching over rescue pup Kevin for the time being. Truly this must mean that Kevin is a well-established member of the Dinklage family and that comes as no surprise with Dinklage being an avid animal rights activist.

Actress and supermodel Brooke Shields seems to love traveling as much as meeting all kinds of animals on her journey – but her black coated pooch Pepper has won her heart completely.
Pepper seems to always be at his master’s side as according to Shields’ Instagram, she takes him everywhere with her. The Blue Lagoon star is happy to share all their shenanigans on social media and we are certainly happy that she does!
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson with Hobbs
The Rock’s pet friend Hobbs is a movie star just like his famous owner. This adorable black and white Frenchie was, in fact, named after Johnson’s character in Fast & Furious. The pup certainly lived up to the name by being cast in the spinoff movie, Hobbs & Shaw in 2019.

Kaley Cuoco, our Penny from The Big Bang Theory is a total dog person and shares her and husband Karl Cook’s home with multiple pups. She emphasizes that adoption is the way to go if you are thinking about getting a pet and she even keeps horses, a goat, and a bunny at her menagerie!
The apple of her eye is 15-year-old Norman, though. Norman is a pitbull by breed and Cuoco said on Instagram that he’s the love of her life – besides her husband, of course, we assume!

Ariana Grande with Toulouse
Vegan songbird Ariana Grande adores her pup Toulouse so much that she constantly includes him in her music videos. He is named after the popular Disney movie The Aristocats after the beige coated kitten in it.
Toulouse participated in the clips of the hit songs “No Tears Left to Cry,” “Thank U, Next” and “7 Rings” as well as landing a Vogue cover shot with his owner. Grande made an amusing comment, thanking the magazine for letting her be in the background of her dog’s first cover photo!

In 2018, they went through the worst fear of any pet owner – their English bulldog, Puddy sadly passed away. They admit that they do employ some help when it comes to taking care of the dogs, especially when they are away from home. Allegra, a terrier-poodle mix and Dali, the Frenchie are the stars of his Instagram account – Jackman says. Dali joined the Jackman family in 2010 and his name was inspired by his wonky ‘mustache’, reminding Jackman of late painter Salvador Dali. Allegra became part of the household in 2014 and now they both frequently appear in the form of adorable pictures on Jackman’s social media accounts.
Sophie Turner with Porky Basquiat
Sophie Turner has a thing for huskies it seems. It must have started when adopted her Game of Thrones co-star Zunni, who played her dire wolf, Lady in the show. Zunni lived until the age of 11 with Turner and her parents, as she was 14 at the time when she took her in.
When she got married to Joe Jonas they decided to adopt two more Siberian husky puppies, brothers named Waldo Picasso and Porky Basquiat, who both ended up having their own Instagram account. Sadly, Waldo was hit by a car in New York City and passed away due to his injuries. It was a sad accident that left the couple scarred – we hope that Waldo’s brother, Porky consoles them somewhat.
Jane Lynch with Millie, Rumi and Bernice
Glee actress Jane Lynch is proud to show off her team of puppies that include Millie, Rumi, and Bernice. She had a fourth rescue dog, Arbuckle, whose life was documented on his own Instagram account until his death. Arbuckle was a chronically overweight street dog living a tough life until his 8th year when he was adopted and rehabilitated by Lynch and her partner.
Arbuckle’s story inspired many people and advocated the importance of adoption. Lynch still muses over just how much love a dog can bring into people’s lives and continues to share the joy of being a pup parent on her Instagram account.

Talk show host Chelsea Handler admitted that she just needs to have a fuzzy friend in her life. Her beloved dog and co-star of her shows named Chunk sadly passed away in 2018. She shared how empty she felt without him and this inspired her to adopt again.

Beautiful silver-coated Kuma’s life had a rough start. She was a survivor of Hurricane Harvey and A Chance to Bloom Dog Rescue in Texas saved her from certain death when she was wandering the streets.
Originally named Sylvia, she had skin issues and she was a shy but gentle puppy. After rehabilitation, the rescue put her up for adoption and, much to their surprise, actor Justin Theroux was the first to respond! He immediately fell in love with her and renamed the pitbull girl ‘Kuma’ which means bear in Japanese. The duo has been inseparable ever since!

Pop princess Katy Perry has more than 86 million followers on Instagram, and she shares the fame with her teacup poodle named Nugget! This tiny pooch gets to travel everywhere with her owner to never miss a performance, it seems – and fans love it when they take selfies together!
